How this work is similar to the xbox kinect, you can control it, in term of navigation and more via finger gesture or hand motion similar to Samsung. I need to get my hand on the HP ENVY 17 this October released date  , the next generation of laptop and multi touch screen, so forget about Apple ipad android touch screen, I don’t like it anyways since my finger sometime get sweaty  , innovation for the next generation of touch screen is finger motion gesture similar to the Samsung TV voice recognition and hand gestures control WHOOO hooo!!! gotta love technology.
