Is the image moving or is it my eye going crazy?

Is this image alive?, it’s not gif or any kind of animated format, it’s PNG or JPG and yet when you look at it you will notice it moved. Eye trick or are you goign crazy. Maybe this is a way to test to see if your eye is good, test to see if you’re insane or maybe test to see if you have been watching too much lately LOL 🙂 Notice that it only move if you look at the center, if you look and focus on the side, it will not move 🙂
