This has been confirmed by many users. Coins-e.com used to work great! and then problems start happenings. Taking the latest incident with dogecoin, but this happened with many other coins also, but dogecoin was the biggest. Basically coins-e was on the wrong fork. As a result many deposit and withdrawal members never got the coins, most if not all got stuck in blockchain no status or not redeemed, and no chances these will ever get fix, the fix in the case Coins-e.com would have to switch to fork back and forth to confirm the coins deposit or withdraw to members account correctly. Apparently coins-e didn’t do this. The fix they did was simply switched the fork and didn’t do anything else, in addition coins-e changed member’s dogecoin address without informing the members or users. The users basically when log into coins-e website, all they see was dogecoin and other coins problem has been fix, from a twitter page, many people responded and asked what happened to their coins, Coins-e.com provide to comments or feedback, not responding to support ticket either, the status on helpdesk ticket kept on staying pending, no respond whatsoever.
Please be careful using coins-e, as they do not provide support, or respond to support questions or problems, or simply they choose not to respond to certain inquiries or just too much for them to handle. In fact! maybe stay away from coins-e.com, there are better ones out there. As of this blog entry, many websites used to use coins-e as reference now they’ve removed coins-e as reference due the problems and service coins-e are encountering. If coins-e.com wants to get their customers trust back they should fix the deposit and withdrawal problem people have.
Up to today, Coins-e.com have not responded to anyone tickets about loss dogecoins for its members due to problems they encountered. Other coins exchange fixed their problems, why couldn’t Coins-e.com?
