Ebay is a bit strange doesn’t make sense for bid and buy over price items

The above listing showing 100watts solar panel, used old. However the price is as high as the new one if buy from Renogy. Sometime I just don’t understand it. Are buyer stupid? and ebay isn’t helping? or was it just fake bidding.

Same for both buying and selling.
