If anyone know what I mean, LOL. I love vertical lookup, I use it almost daily, although there are other lookup function such as hlookup lookup and so on, but vertical work the best and fast. But, there is a problem, let say I have two columns of data column A and B, and let say I want to find data match with column B and populate data in column A for the same row, apparently can’t do it with vlookup, can’t do it accurately with lookup either, so what’s the work around that work me? simple! use =match and =index. The =match will show me the row or cell # of the data matching, then the =index will help bring the data match defined. Anyhow watch the video link below.
