Central and North Vietnam prepare yourself for a powerful hurricane heading your way! Basic necessity which I think everyone should have are clean water and flotation device such as life jacket/vest foam or even air is good enough. With this basic necessity should save a lot of lives from drowning and and getting sick drinking contaminated water, and it’s not that hard to get, so go get one, especially for your children and kids wear them at all time, preparation for the inevitable flooding!
