Vietnam allowed protest against invasion of Chinese oil rig into Vietnam territorial water turned violence

I’m impressed, finally the Vietnamese communist regime in Vietnam allowed protest against China invasion territorial Vietnam water. As many people know in Vietnam when protest like this happening, the authority would beat up the protesters and sometime to death. Unfortunately it turned into a violence protest killed at least two Chinese, and over hundreds Chinese in Vietnam wounded. Finally on CNN front page, gained so much international attention now. Could be very bad for Vietnam but in a positive way that although a small country but will not give up fighting what belong to us. China had cut many ties to Vietnam in term of Financial and investments, could hurt Vietnam but again in a positive way for this outcome, basically not because of money but cultural pride. Highly recommend all Vietnamese inside and outside of state to avoid traveling to China and if you’re Vietnamese in China, expect the same treatment. http://www.cnn.com/2014/05/18/world/asia/vietnam-china-tensions/index.html?hpt=hp_t1

April month is the sadness month for the South Vietnamese all over the globe

Back in 1975, when the Viet Cong (Vietnam communist party) took control of Vietnam, many Vietnamese most if not all suffered the consequences. Many say that Vietnam was worst than what it was before, people went hungry, no support from outsider, not even their own communist regime ally like the Russia and Chinese. Not a surprise, later even their own military personnel in Vietnam, so call Viet Cong, even admitted that their government treated the people worst than when the American were around in Vietnam.

Years passed, knowing that their communist regime ally Chinese and Russian don’t help Vietnam much, the government decided to look else where and began to open door for trade. It was a desperate attempt, but a good workable solution. The country became a little more open for outsider, foreigner to visit and invest, and eventually export and import more open than before which in the end Vietnam today became one of the world fastest development country in the world. Although some old habits still exist such as bribery, the rich getting richer, and the poor getting poorer. Luckily, many Vietnamese in Vietnam whom have relatives live abroad, such as in America and Europe, will sends money home to support their family still back in Vietnam.

April 30th 1975 was the saddest day of Vietnam. People in Saigon, South Vietnam tried everything that they could to flees the countries with the American, but unfortunately there wasn’t enough seats for the voyage to Amerca. The American allowed theses folks to come with them to America, but just that limited tickets, seating for the long voyage. All ships were full, all military aircraft and even passengers plane were full. The last passenger plane flew out of Vietnam were overweight but luckily it made it out.

The Fall of Saigon April 30th 1975 Vietnam fall into the control of Communist regime.

The Fall of Saigon April 30th 1975 Vietnam fall into the control of Communist regime.

For the people that got left behind, the communist took over the so call White House, or the south Vietnam government place, and that was it, some say not even a single shot fired. The communist basically walk in and was welcome, and took over the country.

There were many horrific stories about the war which I cannot go into detail, but the tragedy of war exist on any war. War is bad, but it’s the solution to a temporary problem. Negociation failed, can we blame both side leadership skills?

leonardo “You are great” feedback from one blog follower

First I would like to thanks leo for taking the time to respond to my blog. This is what keeping me motivated. I know that I blog fast, and sometime I don’t proof read or even read it again for that matter. I just typed and click on Publish to the categories I feel most appropriate. I do understand that most people would high recommend to proof read in order to have quality contents.

The reason I didn’t proof read was merely because I wouldn’t think I have much followers or people reading my blog. Most comments or contents I have are just sharing my thoughts, my surprises and feedback to certain things and events. You know what they say “it’s better to keep it out than in” basically meaning, if you have anger inside you, speak to someone about it, voice your opinion, let it out, otherwise it will impact your health dramatically. So this is a good place where I can voice my opinions in all. I keep myself as private, as anonymous as possible, but I blog from my own words, I don’t copy other people’s contents and definitely I stick with facts rather fictions. If I don’t know, I say don’t know, whether it’s speculation, or what people says, I will mention it. Lying is bad, honesty is the best policy, and it will go a long way.

OK so back to the respond I received from leo. Awesome! I totally agreed with you on the HYIP related scam. The only people making money are the “ADMINS : who created the hyips  E-CURRENCY : which get fees  HYIP MONITOR : that are all corrupt” This is very true, many people who try to outsmart these HYIP will loose eventually, some think they can invest $500, and get $100 then quit, then go to the next HYIP and do the same thing, well guess what? they’re connected and perhaps the same people ran multiple HYIP so they know where you’re from and how much you make so far.

I will take your feedback in regard to long posts, and big grammar problem, I will try to improve definitely. I will try to proofread or use ms word to do spell check and grammars. I haven’t done this for a long time. English obviously many people know is my second language, if it was my first language then I wouldn’t have so much problem with grammars and spelling. I don’t feel shame, because I know more languages than others :), in fact I’m pride to know more than one languages.

I checked out your blog. http://learnenglishinfunway.blogspot.it/ very cool blog, your contents tied to your blog name. I’m learning English, so your site might be beneficial to me 🙂 I will visit frequently.

Have a nice day….

What not to do at a work place, these mistakes can cost you your job

Every responsible adult now a day should know better, although some first manager level or department you’re working in might permit it or tolerate it at a certain level. For the majority, don’t make these mistakes below, don’t over board if you want to keep your job, or get the promotion you want, or get higher pay and have a good image for the company. I know a lot of people want to mix pleasure or fun time with work, but ensure to set your limit, what not to do, keep that  in mind. Below are from one of the email I got today from simpletuition.com and I think this is very helpful to know below.

Don’t just work. Work smartly.

Getting a job isn’t easy, which is why you should take care to keep the one you’ve got. Long-term employees stay on good terms with bosses and co-workers by avoiding the following office faux pas:

1. Gossiping. No workplace should feel like a high school, with rumors flying. So zip those lips and keep the conversation cordial.

2. Bragging. Simply put, bragging is not a good way to make friends. It’s an even worse way to exert authority. At best, bragging leads to envy. At worst, it leads to resentment. Neither are good for office morale.

3. Going solo. Lone wolves in the workplace are off-putting, especially in a team environment. That said, taking individual initiative often brings new ideas to the table. It’s all about balance: be a go-getter but remember that business is a team sport.

4. Leaving dirty dishes in the sink or spoiled food in the fridge. It may see like a small thing, but leaving a mess in a public area is indicative of general disrespect to the office at large.

5. Talking too loudly on your phone. Question: Is there anything more annoying than a co-worker who rambles on the phone so loudly that you’re forced to listen to every conversation they have? Answer: No.

[Fake] Hoax [shocking video] flight mh370 found in indian ocean]

If the family of Flight MH370 Malaysia Airline passengers hasn’t suffers enough, now many hoax scam videos photos surfaces all over the internet social media like facebook and blogs. This is so sad that whoever the scammers are, they don’t have a heart. Scam on something else. Scam on something like this, the scammer will not have a good life, bad karma will get them. What goes around comes around.

Anyhow, if you see this similar image below that look like video youtube that you can click play, don’t click on it, it will take you to a hacking website, or a traffic redirected website to make them money. That’s right, they make money when you click on the image to play, it will not play. It will take you to certain traffic promotion website, and sometime with malwares hacking attempts. This is so unethical.

fake video image on malaysia airline MH370 found in indian ocean

fake video image on malaysia airline MH370 found in indian ocean

This video touched my heart if I ever make any extra money I will donate to the poor

Although this probably not the first time I seen these images, or hear of the stories, although it could be a fake, a make up, but deep in my heart I know it’s true and exist somewhere in the world. There are a lot of unfortunate people out there struggle to survive. Most of us takes things for granted. Some people say, the unfortunate one are the one that by choice they want to be, with a little education, they can do better in life. I don’t know about that.

DDOS attack hacking database defacing my blog and servers continue

It comes as no surprise to me that by now I get thousands of hacking attempts based on my server logs. The majority was blocked access to this blog. So far appears to be script kiddies. However I can see professional hacking coming soon. To those business online scam that has been exposed, will take major attempts to bring my blog down.

Although I’m an individual, I speaks based on what I see, understood, facts and some research. On top of that my blog is small, not famous, no having a lot of traffic, supposed to be for fun, as activities to improves my writings. English is my second language. I’m fluent in another language. The intention I had initially was to blog I observe sees each day, because I don’t get a chance to speak much or get involve with any discussion or argument, sometime due to the fact that people speaks too much and I don’t get a chance to voice my opinions. So as a result I voice my opinion here.

I am not against any group, or pro to any groups, or individuals for that matter. I am for myself. I blog based on what I know, based on my little idiot lack of intelligence brain as some may say, so far only that person from anony-pay.com was saying what he thinks I am, he will be not the first I’m sure.

Lately I’ve been exposing many scam on the internet. I tried to educate people that HYIP, and all online business that promise big investment returns, even small investment returns with the fact that business is not registered, no regulated and fake virtual identity was use to operates. Stay away from these online business, it’s a scam, some scam are very clever. The people behind these scam are even more intelligence than we may thing. Some even very educated high level skills of marketing instead of helping the world society, they use it to harm and steal money from hard working people.

I s China trying to poison the world or its neighboring countries such as Vietnam?

This is just one example of a viral image sharing hundreds thousands of time on facebook, circulating all over the internet for that matter. Sadly people don’t do proper research, and on top of that most people already have that bias behavior where they don’t like China products much would most likely go with the flow and distributing the image all over the internet as well.

This image caption on facebook in Vietnamese, saying that

Chân gà trung quốc ở cửa khẩu đang được tẩm thuốc chuẩn bị xuất sang Việt Nam! hãy chuyển hình ảnh này tới tất cả bạn bè để tẩy chay thực phẩm Trung Quốc!

Translation in English, basically saying China preparation to add posion to these chicken feet to be exported to Vietnam as food consumption.

First, let me say this before I go on. I am not Chinese, and I am not bias in anyway.

I’m not saying this image is a hoax, fake, make up, photoshop, or anything. This image below have no credible source reference to it. If people are smart enough to determine whether to believe it or not, they would questions, where the image originally coming from? who took the image? when was it? where was it? who are the people involve taking this image? and so on so forth. This goes for all things that you see in life, in society, you cannot judge or make decision based on an image what you see without questioning its credible sources.

This image below could just an image taken from the web in google images. Could be news about how chicken feet are being cleaned, not necessary poison added and send to Vietnam to poison the Vietnamese. Why would China hate Vietnamese? more like Vietnamese hated China due to some earlier conflict such as Chinese visited Vietnam and do anything they want, because most Vietnamese believe that China invading Vietnam in a different way, soon Vietnam will belong to China, this could be true because Vietnam loss its communist partners long time ago with the Soviet Union, then Vietnam try to lean on China for help, but the people of Vietnam don’t support it.

As of today Vietnam open for trade among many other countries since they had been desperate after the War end in 1975. The right decision was made at least, open trade with other countries benefit Vietnam greatly, although some scandal and bribery sill exist, but it’s getting exposed and embarrassment being displayed. As a result Vietnam are doing better and keep on getting better economically especially, technology for instant.

As for this image below and many others circulating, sharing on social media, facebook, twitter, email and so on. People need to be vigilant, questions what they see. Although the fact of the matter is China had some bad behavior on products that they make may contain dangerous chemical, but don’t take this as an advantage to disrupt and make up stories that are not true. What people should be doing is going for the truth, not taking advantage of certain issue and taking many examples or things they sees and exaggerate, it doesn’t help anyone and may effect peoples life. If you really care, and China or whoever making wrong decision to get better, speak of the truth, don’t make up stories or spread rumors and gossip misleading information. People are busy these days they will fall for the tricks or believe in it.
