Whenever there are conflict between countries, or within a country that would required international help, USA would step in and initiate fix, other countries leaders such as the communism especially Russia leader Putin, all he does is chicken out afraid to speak and be in between. American, risking one soldier life to save another lives we would do it, to communist nation such as Russia they would not send their soldiers to protect other people.
