There’s a cheaper way of staying in shape. I did it, so can you 🙂 Every other day I do 3 sets of various sit up and 3 sets of push up variety types. Then don’t be lazy, get up and walk, get a drink open the door take deep breath fresh air. Sing Karaoke yell, look far focus for a min to normalize your eye prevent eye strain and stuff.
I work from home, remotely for years, I don’t go out much other than gave a short 1 min ride taking my daughter to the bus stop, then I’m inside the house in front of the computer all day all night. I am scare of getting sick, diseases and so on, afraid of getting fat, out of shape, so that’s why I did, frequent and consistent sit up and push up, you don’t need to go to the gym wasting money and driving there 🙂
