I realized the Ox tail I purchased at a local Vietnamese groceries store cost like $9 for like 6 pieces or so. That is expensive, didn’t really know what to do with it, but gave it a try anyways by cooking ox tail stew Vietnamese style “Bo Kh0”. I cooked it for almost 3 hours and the meat kind of shrink down but chewy, overall it’s not really good but eatable LOL.
