Hot weather high humidity in Vietnam with no AC? no problem!

If you travel to tropical countries such as Vietnam, in Saigon also known as Ho Chi Minh City, you will experience hot weather, with high humidity, and most places cheap don’t have AC or their AC don’t work too well, or it work too well that it make you sick, some people develop allergic reaction to AC air. So what’s the alternative? well look at the picture, picture worth a million world right there LOL! 🙂 Hmm I wonder how long does that fridge last? and how much electricity waste 😛
