Here’s another reason why you should shop at large store such as Amazon. Although I’ve not gotten my item correctly but Amazon working flawlessly to make it right. Their return process was easy, no need to return the item right away simply ask them to ship new to replace old one no problem and was smooth. The new replacement was damaged while intransit notified Amazon they immediately shipped out new one for Saturday delivery Fedex. Hope it will arrive undamage. I ordered a giant loud speakers, 100s lbs 🙂

Anyhow, I would like to share this Amazon amazing customer service support. If I were to buy in ebay or other store, I would be encountering difficulty in getting the replacement, sometime maybe not possible at all. So indeed shopping online with a large company such as Amazon is a better idea, not even giant walmart can compete with the level of services Amazon have.
