Well, it is possible and most of the time it’s accurate and sometime not because the person might be using proxy or mask their IP to fake IP or someone else’s IP, so it’s not always accurate, and off course also dynamic IP tends to change, the user can force the IP to change like the old days dial up connection everytime you log off log on you get a new IP and sometime that ip just been use by someone else just just got disconnected.
