Just in case in anyone like me, don’t talk on the cell phone much, because I already have a free VoIP such as skype, google talk, bundle package with my internet and so on, so why waste $50 to $100 for a cell phone plan for 2 people? well, the truth is me and my wife we both use about 1 hour of talk time each month on the cell phone, what a waste huh? AT&T have good roll over, but still we never really use. AT&T has very good receiption almost everywhere well at least better than most other carriers except maybe expensive satellite phone. So to stick AT&T I can cancel the monthly plan after contract end, and ask the phone to be turned into a GoPhone, and yes NO ACTIVATION fee, simple 10 cent  per min or some other plan also, it work well for me.
