This is incredibly thoughtful of Chase bank credit card, not like Capital One HSC something BestBuy credit card. Capital One HSBC BestBuy credit card something, they’re the worst, no mercy to their customer even not even customer’s fault but they charge late fees anyways just missed by one day, never again with Capital One HSBC BestBuy credit card the worst of all in customer service, once they gives you credit, they will start milking with fees and they will never reverse the fees. Anyhow, I just want to thanks Chase for caring, being very thoughtful to their customer with email below.

º Overdraft Protection Transfer, Extended Overdraft, Returned Item and Insufficient Funds Fees for deposit accounts.

º Late fees on credit cards, business and consumer loans, including mortgages, home-equity, auto and student loans.

Please call us at 1-888-356-0023 or your personal banker if you are unable to access your funds or need help with other services. For example, we will generally waive the early withdrawal fees on CDs to help customers with their cash flow.

Our branch and telephone bankers are empowered to go the extra mile for customers with storm-related problems or concerns.
