Nice gesture from “A Message For Our Deer Park Direct™ Customers”

I’ve been using Deer Park Water delivery to your door for years now, and nothing to complain about them. In fact, it’s about time I blog about them to give them credit.

Their delivering driver, working hard as I can tell, whether it’s snow, rain, cold, hot, humid, so on … they will try their best to deliver with a smile, and in top of that they’re being very courteous, updates it’s customers accordingly.

I have a few empty bottles that I have not return back to them yet, and they didn’t say anything about it, which is great! I really hates companies that do pennies counting, like these bottle probably cost 25 cent each them and forcing its customers to pay for missing one would be bad for their business, so I’m glad so far they haven’t ask about it. However, they should ask if some customers taking advantage and keeping all the empty bottles for something else, and must take appropriate actions 🙂

Sometime I wonder, how they make money selling water deliver to people’s home? Well I think charge a premium amount to get the water delivered on a monthly basis, it’s a couple or so dollars more to get it delivered and I think it’s well worth it, and off course creates jobs for the people whom work to deliver the water. Let’s creates jobs and be efficient. Saves you times and money off course. However there are risk factors on everything that we do.

As a result of the recent storms, there has been a number of power outages reported in your area. We wanted to remind our loyal customers of a few safety tips regarding your delivery.

Our products may freeze if left outside for an extended period of time. We recommend that you bring your product indoors as soon as possible.
Please help us protect empty 3 and 5 gallon bottles from becoming contaminated in storage before their return. Never use our bottles to store gasoline or any other substance that may compromise their quality. In the event of contamination to one of our bottles, please contact us immediately to retrieve and properly dispose of the bottle.
