How to fix not earning credits points from Bing Rewards?

Short answer: Ensure you have your Bing Rewards account handy, both Bing and Live/Outlook email etc. Now on the browser clear all caches, emptied all history and so on, basically cleared everything. Then close your browser, log back into Bing Rewards again and start searching, you should see earnings. If it still doesn’t work, you might be flagged for violating term of services and soon your account may get cancelled, but please email Bing Reward support, don’t take my word for it.

So the reason I blog this is because I encountered the same problem. I used Bing search engine frequently and I noticed one day I no longer earned any points or credits, was worried. Then I tried to do research online to see if anyone encountered same problem, and indeed there were many, but the majority of the people are cheaters, they searched with bots like pogo-bots and bingpong bots.

For me, I used real search Bing.com, and still encountered same problem, and the fix was to logout and log back into Bing rewards, if that don’t work then clear all history and caches from your browsers then log back into Bing again.

So many good news on Bitcoin but still BTC price sucks!

The good news with Bitcoin is that, the news in regard to Bitcoin are mostly good news. So why Bitcoin price still sucks? – Well if we look at it one way or another, let say the “bubble” expecting $1000 – no, that was the bubble. The bubble has been over many months years maybe. Now Bitcoin price stable at $200-$300, and it’s not going anywhere fast. However people can still make money for day trading, it’s not as much volatile as before but still have kick once in a while.

A few days ago, BTC was at $220, then next couple days it shoot up to almost $240 then now dropped back to $230. It was the news, there were so many good news. There also bad news, but there are more good news than bad news.

Good news is – many big investing firms, corporation are putting out big money as much as $50 million dollars into Bitcoin at a time.

Bad news is – Bitcoins are still being used as fraud scam, such as locking encrypting websites belong to companies and even local enforcement forcing them to pay in Bitcoin to get it unlocked, and sadly it work ransom was paid and it got unlocked.

If we look back at the early internet days, the same happened. Scammer or Fraudster would using online chat room and email to rob people or even commit crime such as murder, serial killer, craigslist killer and so on. So Bitcoin is no different, there will negative and positive, as long as the positive is greater than positive I think we’re fine.

I still believe that Bitcoin will be bigger the .com or internet days when it hit mainstream. Today if you ask people around you, you will notice that only 1% of the people you ask would know what Bitcoin is, sometime even 0%, try it.

How to cheat Ebay and Ebay sellers to get free merchandise

I had came across so many methods for people to cheat Ebay and Ebay sellers, this is similar to cheating Amazon and many other websites online retailers out there. The method is quite simple really and it work most of the time. I am a Ebay seller and I’ve encountered situation where the buyer cheated me. It is not often the seller would cheat though, but it does happen.

The method that I’m seeing is. Scammer created ebay account with stolen identity which can be purchased online cheap or even free. Scammer would buy virtual merchandise or cheap china merchandise to get feedback. Once feedback reached to favorable dozens or so, Scammer would go on a shopping spree.

Scammer would purchase items and have it drop shipped to someone’s address, and most of the time it’s a drop ship address where the scammer sold it to someone else. The address is confirmed by Paypal and again scammer have ways to confirm the address, and most of the time the account is not Paypal verified, “Unverified”.

After the items shipped and confirmed delivered, the scammer would email the seller and saying that item is no good, broken, only partial quantity received, missing, damage, etc. then asking for refund, or replacement and so on. Many sellers would send replacement, many seller would refund, because due to the fact that the scammer ebay buyer would give negative feedback and can hurt seller’s account.

Some ebay seller report the buyer for suspicious, but the truth is, how many of those scam buyers would get ding by ebay? does ebay even look at those cases? it’s sad that most of the time if not all, Ebay/Paypal are on the buyer’s side, even with adequate evidence Ebay still side with the buyer, your evidence need to be 100% complete such as signature confirmation, products quality, and so on.

So now the buyer scammer have free items and free money to repeat the process over and over again many times, if buyer able to create 10 to 20 accounts, and play around with it daily for 10 to 20 items let say average $10 per item, that’s $100 to $200 a day easy money for the Ebay Scammer Buyer, and they’re not just doing this to Ebay but on amazon many other online retailers. Sadly, most of these activities were not from USA, the scammer just have to be using a VPN or proxies in the USA to create fake account using stolen identity.

The latest example I’ve seen, just posted on Ebay bad ebayer, buyer  “kdelmonte09” purchased an item with quantity of 2. Seller have proof that quantity of 2 were shipped due to the weight of 2 item equate to each other, quantity of 1 would be a lot less. The buyer “kdelmonte09” sent a message to the ebay seller in broken english like really fast message saying they only receive one and they ordered two. What can the seller do in this case? nothing other than either to ship one more or refund quantity of 1. This ebayer “kdelmonte09” is a good example of stolen identity was used, new account created a week old, and has feedback from merchandise purchased from china or virtual items for feedback only. The items probably shipped to someone’s address as a drop ship method that scammer profit more and another profit via refund, keep doing this 10 to 20 times a day imagine the profit the scammer can make. It’s sad that these people have no moral that the seller are trying to make a living selling to make legitimate money for their family supporting their family, but in the end got scammed by these scammers, now if there is Karma, I wouldn’t feel bad these scammers suffer the consequences or seeing their love ones suffer the consequences in life for what they done scamming people hard earning living.

Bing Rewards is on the look for multiple accounts by one person

Off course Bing Rewards and many other similar rewards programs are on the look out for multiple accounts people. However lately Bing Rewards has been working on different methods to detect cheaters, these are the folks that created multiple accounts either through VPN, Proxies, and even Static IP from ISP providers. Eventually all these folks will get reward cancelled or not being sent, waiting for Bing Rewards support to look into.

Rewards program such as Bing Reward are famous because there isn’t much you need to do beside searching for stuff on the internet, search similar to google.com but you get paid if you search on Bing.com versus google you get nothing, in fact sometime a bunch of advertisement pops up on google.com versus Bing don’t have too many of that and Bing rewards you points which turns into Gift Cards such as Amazon and those can be sold to convert into cash about 70% cash value if you can sell it, and legitimate buyer purchased it 🙂

So bottom line, if you get banned from Bing Rewards don’t be surprise. However if you’re a legitimate users then don’t worry, Bing will continue to rewards you, and if your account got suspended you can contact Support they will get it un-suspended for you if you’re a legitimate user, 1 account per person, 5 accounts for 5 people in one household on 5 computers. Don’t try to cheat now, eventually you will get caught it will hurt 🙂

Also be careful using bots to do searches, Bing Rewards are working on methods to detect those also, and will flag you for fraud eventually get suspended.

Ok so who’s still a believer of cointellect? 50%? 10%? 1%? 0%? I don’t have a good idea, but my best guess is below 10% for the new investors and 1% for the people that had encountered these types of ponzi scheme before. Cointellect is the exact concept of coingeneration.com after it closed, it make up all kind of stories, such as new website for stocks and selling high end Bitcoin ATM machine. Now cointellect is doing the same thing, passed the ball to another business as they say, but does it even exist? probably not.

So quick question, will anyone ever going to get paid? flat out straight answer NO, if they pay, it would be to new investors to trap them again like the older investors. Chances are no one will invest.

So what happened to the old owners? and staffs? – do they even exist? probably not. There are a hacked identity out there being use to commit crimes online, and it’s not easy to trace. For sure the owner in this case did not use real information, rather hacked identity belong to someone else.

How to do an ms access query search and replace a column data?

Short answer: In the query rename your column name so that it doesn’t match with your actual column name, then do a Replace([field1], “old”, “new”) for example if you have something in the column that contain “old” and you want to replace “old” with “new” word that’s how you would do it.

I ran into data consistency issue with # versus currencies that negative value or $0 value imported from excel and ms access doesn’t really work well when there are mixtures of numbers and currencies especially with $0 and blank value. In ms excel, same thing could thing could happened but easier to reformat in excel than ms access.

MS access is still useful as of today, off course SQL is better but doesn’t really give you a good presentation to visualize which tables connect to which and what kind of queries and off course ms access can be a lot faster than sql for smaller database will have lots of benefit.

 

MtGox latest update for people whom loss money bitcoin

I’m not sure why this MtGox thing still updating the communities? isn’t it over a long time ago? There isn’t any money, any bitcoin can be giving back to the members or account holder, why are they kept on updating?

How to format MS ACCESS data queries similar to excel

Short answer: While doing query in MS ACCESS using the Query function that shows columns of data you selected; type in the following if you want to convert your format to something else.

  • The key is using this Format([field],”your forma here”)
    • So let say your data column have numbers that represent date such as 06012015 as you can see it’s not really user friendly, you want it to show date format, then you do Format[field],”mm/dd/yyyy”) Keep in mind that MS ACCESS date format default to mm/dd/yyyy, then you can convert it to your proper date later such as yy/dd/mm. You can also add the time Format([field], “mm/dd/yyyy @ hh:mm:ss”) you will notice sometime the mm will change to nn, it is minutes.
    • Add leading zeros? no problem. Format([field], “0000000000”) whatever the extras zeros you want you can add, it’s simply saying how many digits are your # if less than that # then leading zeros will be added.
    • Currencies? no problem. Format([field], “Currency”)
      • You can use any format that exist in excel on MS ACCESS by using Format function.
